Yes, we supply our own water and our own portable generator for power.
Deionized water sometimes referred to as "spot free" water , is water that has been chemically purified to remove minerals. This means that the water is safe to dry even in direct sunlight without leaving any water spots. Very few mobile detailers use deionized water due to the increased cost, however it's the way I clean my car so its the way I clean your car
A total dissolved solids or TDS count is simply the amount of minerals in solution with the water, 0PPM being completely rid of minerals. The TDS number varies widely with a national average of around 200ppm. When left to dry on you vehicle, whats left behind are unsightly and damaging water spots, which when left untreated can etch through your clear coat causing permanent damage.
The beauty of a ceramic coated vehicle is ease and fun of maintenance, I recommend practicing safe washing techniques and avoiding drive through car washes, the abrasive nature of these can quickly destroy a coating. Below is a sample routine:
1-Foam (using a spray foamer or foam canon) a pH neutral soap of your choice, I recommend staying away from "wash and wax" soaps and would stick with a pure car shampoo
2-Rinse with a pressure washer or hose
3-Foam again using your soap of choice and contact wash with a chenille wash mitt or good quality microfiber. (Rinse your mitt in a clean water bucket between sections). A grit guard inside your bucket can help prevent marring by trapping dirt.
4- Rinse off for a final time
5- Dry using a good quality high gsm drying towel ( Twist loop) with a drying aid ( a waterless wash or quick detailer works nicely and will provide extra lubrication during the drying phase). If you have a hand held blower or leaf blower you can dry your coated vehicle touch free for added safety.

No you do not. Toppers can mask the properties of a coating as they are typically lower quality than pro grade coatings. However, applying toppers can increase the longetivity of a coating by acting as a "sacrificial" layer.
My goal as a professional detailer is to be honest and provide the best service possible. There is no such things as "Scratch removal" instead what is happening is clear coat removal. Overly aggressive polishing especially when "chasing perfection" can lead to clear coat failure long term, my goal is to preserve the clear coat as much as possible. The 1 step paint enhancement included on the pro grade packages will typically provide an 80+% improvement to your paint. If your paint does require an additional polishing step to get the results you want, we will call you to discuss.
Due to the nature of professional ceramic coating application, deep interior cleaning would add too much time to the already time constrained process. In order to properly prep and apply a professional coating, a full working day is needed. All of our packages do include a 30 minute interior wipe down and vacuum. However on maintenance and premium wash packages a deep interior clean can be added, pricing will vary based on condition.
There are a tremendous amount of factors that can affect the longevity of a coating, because I am not the one maintaining the vehicle and I do not know how your vehicle is being used or stored I cannot offer a warranty. If you take care of your vehicle properly and the vehicle is stored in a garage out of direct sunlight you will meet or exceed the durability claims of our products. However, I do stand behind my process and work and if the coating batch is bad or miss-applied, we will re-coat at no charge.
Read the fine print of their warranty program. Most will typically require you to bring in your car for a yearly inspection (at a cost to you) and they will decon wash your vehicle and apply a spray topper over it. Rarely if ever will they polish and re-coat your vehicle.
